Planning a day...

by phoenix2k @ 26. Sep. 2007. - 08:25:31 am

How do you plan a day out when you have little no money?? The workplace I am at now are having a party on Saturday to Celebrate been around for 10 years or so at Drayton Manor Park. Until I gave in my notice, I was invited to this party. However, because I leave a day before the party, I can no longer go. I had originally invited Jaya and still fully intend on taking her somewhere... But where can we go if we are on a budget?!

Here are some ideas we have had:-

West Midlands Safari Park
Chester Zoo
Gullivers Kingdom (my personal favourite)

Has anyone else got any ideas at all in or around the west midlands??!

I was thinking somewhere that had a couple of little rides and a zoo or something?? She will possibly have a pushchair with us which could make the "rideage" a little difficult.

Any help anyone can give would be muchly appreciated.

Thanking you with muchness!

I love West Midlansd Safari Park!!! Only problem is, who is going to drive you around?

I like Cannon Hill but they don't have rides or little farms with animals, that the only problem, but you could always go to Cadbury World and then go to the park afterwards. It's a really nice park.

Or you could go to Warwick Castle or any of the other castles (Kidderminster, somewhere else that i can't remember the name of...). Would Jaya be old enough to appreciate castle ruins though?

Well i can't think of anymore right now, Have a fun time whatever you do!!!
