I speak to my friends at work and I wonder what their partners look like. What kind of types look wise and personality that they would go for etc. All of the time, I am surprised with the results when I get to meet them as they are usually nothing like I had imagined. I truly believe that there is a match out there for everyone. Every person has a soul mate. But there really is no accounting for taste. What one person finds gorgeous, another person thinks is a horror and vice versa.
I wonder how many people out there have found their soul mate. How many plod along with someone who they lost the spark with a few months after meeting them but who theyre comfortable with, thinking that the world has nothing more to offer.
Ive seen the kind of people who have met their soul mates. They are the ones that eyes light up whenever they mention their partners even though they have been together for 20 years.
Unfortunately, there are not many relationships like that around anymore. Maybe its more a type of person rather than a type of relationship that makes it into the "lovers foreverly matched" category.
I sure hope I meet my match. Someone who compliments all of my little quirks and someone who Is the first person I think of in the morning, the last person I think of at night and the love that I dream of in between. He will be the one who makes my eyes sparkle. As a wise man once said, Its all in the eyes baby
