• Time is 5am. Been awake tossing and turning for majority of night until short while ago decided to not bother pretending that Im sleeping. Speech now imminent. Had every kind of nightmare with every kind of eventuality on how speech could turn out. Worst case scenario is booed off my speech spot and have remains of folks meal hurled at me in disgust. Deciding whether would be worth getting on a flight to feck off away for a few days until all this is over.
  • Burnt face on sun bed yesterday. Good news! No red face so far this morning. Could all change as feeling tender but if worst happens can make jokes and blame Beverley Anne as her evil sun beds that given me second degree burns.
  • Think may have the runners (nits)... Know that Jaya had epidemic at school and that almost everyone been deflea'd... Will check in mirror shortly. If I have then maybe they can help me out a little with my speech or give me a mexican wave or something for encouragement...
  • Just managed pluck back hair that has been niggling me all last night. Very proud of self.
  • Can hear Jaya keep hassling Bev in bedroom and wondering to whether just go in bedroom and grab her. No reason why everyone in the house should be kept awake.
